OnTrack was created for the Tahltan Central Government (TCG) to help Members meet their employment and training goals.

It has several features including:

A portfolio builder that lets Members document their skills and certifications, and create personalized resumes.
Online assessments that measure Members’ job-readiness in five skills: reading, numeracy, writing, listening, and digital skills.
Learning plans that provide Members with opportunities to develop skills.

OnTrack also connects members to jobs. Employers in the Tahltan region use the web application to post job openings. Members are notified every time there is a new job listing. With a simple click of a button, they can learn about the job and submit their resumes.
